Several friends of Jane Adeny Memorial School (JAMS) from the U.S. spent time in Kenya this past Summer as volunteers, working on projects to spruce up, paint, and repair campus buildings.

Northern Illinois University’s Diana Swanson also volunteered by teaching classes and by consulting on teaching methods, and Kishwaukee College’s Ami Irmen taught writing to the girls.
